Directions 1. Stir fry garlic and chillies in oil with high heat, then put Chinese cabbage in a fry pan. 2. Pour 40ml. water into the pan and cover with a lid for 1-2 minutes until the cabbage cooked. 3. Add sugar, oyster sauce and soy sauce. Mix well and serve.
TIPS* - Chinese cabbage can be changed to any kinds of vegetable. In Thailand, we normally have this dish with cabbage, morning glory, Chinese broccoli, Chinese cabbage and broccoli. - You can substitute shrimps to any kinds of meat as well or you can skip adding the meat if you are a vegetarian.
